Without Laurie’s skills and dedication in developing both our website and learning platform we would not be as far forward as we are in the development of the business. Equestrian Website Design

The brief from Wellow Equestrian was a website and consultancy in the launch of a brand new business. The website needed multiple functionality; to display their facilities and services but to also allow clients to view when the facilities and services, such as riding lessons and arena hire were available and to pay online.

Wellow Equestrian’s online booking system links to a loyalty scheme where customers can earn reward points which can be redeemed online. Each customer has a personal account on the website.
The online booking system integrates with native forms. Allowing the website to ensure disclaimers are signed before customers continue to book services or facility hire.
This equestrian website also integrates with an online calendar system. The calendar is linked to outlook so that the business managers can see when bookings are made and when free slots are. The mangers can also block out time so that it appears unavailable to purchase during these times. This has been used to allow riding lessons to be booked at times only when the instructor is available, in addition to the arena being available.
The customers basket shows what has been added, allows coupons to be redeemed and shows what points have been earned. The customer can choose to create login details for their account or login through Facebook.
The website design brief from Tinderbox Sport Horses was to update a tired website which didn’t work on a mobile phone. Functionality was needed to allow for the easy adding and editing of information on horses for sale including video footage and also to take payment for horsebox hire. The website also needed to integrate well with Facebook.
Each horse for sale had its own page created and these were saved as templates so the website manager could easily edit and change the details for new horses. The page integrates with YouTube, this means that videos can be played within the webpage and customers don’t have to be directed away from the website to view the footage.
A simple page was created to showcase the horsebox hire with a call to action button to pay online for horsebox hire which had been booked by phone. This meant the manager at Tinderbox no longer had to spend time taking payments by phone but simply directed customers to the website to pay their invoice and sign the terms and conditions.
Once clicked, the link takes the customer to a secure invoice payment page which is integrated with the businesses WorldPay account.

Rural/Agricultural Website Design

The brief for NW Paddock Services was to create a simple and easy to edit website to launch a brand new business. Integration with social media was key so that Facebook updates would filter through to populate the website with content.

Online shop website designs

The brief for Work Rest Play Clothing was to launch a brand new womenswear online clothing store to appeal to modern fashion conscious women.
The online shop displayed all variations of colour and size. Item prices are easily changed or put on sale, and stock can easily be managed. A zoom function was added to allow customers to move the cursor over the image for a magnified look at the clothing. The site integrates with SagePay for taking payment online.

Business website design

The brief from The Marketing & Leadership Academy was to create a new website for a brand new professional education business. This website needed to display information and downloadable brochures on all the professional education courses to potential students. Integration with online forms for students to apply for chosen courses was needed as well as good SEO performance for a range of search terms.

Each course was set up with a page including a downloadable brochure and fees document and an apply online function.
